Meghan Markle and Harry believe ‘tide has turned in their favour’ as they ‘plan UK return’

Prince Harry and Meghan have a “reinforced belief” the “tide is turning” in their favour following their Australia trip.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle believe they’ve taken Australia by storm following their four-day visit this month. With an itinerary of Indigenous culture, Australian sport and a trip to the national war memorial, it had all the hallmarks of a traditional royal tour, but they visited in a private capacity.

One source said: “Harry and Meghan are very pleased with how this trip has gone. It’s given them a lot of confidence and reinforced their belief the tide is finally turning in their favour. They knew there would be some sniping from critics, but in their eyes, the overall reception they received from the general public – and the causes they supported – was incredible.”

They added: “It’s confirmed Harry’s belief they’re creating a groundbreaking new blueprint that will stand them in good stead moving forward – and he’s hoping it will impress the royals.”
